Liability Release, Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully. By enrolling in The Return and attending the in-person immersion, you are agreeing to the following legally binding terms.

1. Program Overview

The Return includes a 2-night / 3-day in-person immersion held at a private residence or Airbnb. Lodging and meals are included. Transportation to and from the location is not included. Activities may include (but are not limited to): movement, somatic practices, breathwork, hypnosis, meditation, energetic work, coaching, outdoor walking/hiking, guided visualizations, and emotional processing.

2. No Cancellations / No Refunds

Your purchase is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled for any reason. This includes personal emergencies, illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes of preference.

Your immersion must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. If you do not schedule or attend within this window, your access expires with no refund.

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and understand that breathwork, hypnosis, somatic practices, and emotional or energetic processing can bring up physical, mental, and emotional responses. You voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with participating in these activities.

These activities may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical, psychological, or emotional conditions. You assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the immersion.

4. Health + Ability to Participate

By signing this agreement, you affirm that:

  • You are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions in advance.

  • You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during sessions.

  • You will consult with your doctor, therapist, or licensed provider if you have concerns about participating.

You understand that this immersion is not therapy, not medical care, and not a replacement for clinical or mental health treatment.

5. Release of Liability

You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Coaching with Nik, Nik, all contractors, affiliates, property owners, and anyone assisting with the immersion from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to:

  • Injury (physical, emotional, mental, or otherwise)

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Accidents, falls, or incidents during the retreat

  • Emotional release, physical discomfort, or psychological reactions

  • Travel to and from the property

  • Activities undertaken voluntarily during the immersion

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks.

6. Safety + Conduct

You agree to uphold a respectful, safe, and grounded environment. This includes:

  • Respecting the space, property, and all participants

  • Following all safety instructions

  • Abstaining from disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior

Failure to adhere may result in removal from the immersion with no refund.

7. Privacy + Confidentiality

All personal stories shared by participants are confidential. You agree not to share, record, post, or disclose any details about other participants or their experiences. No audio or video recording is permitted.

8. Property Use + Damage

You agree to be respectful of the home/Airbnb property. Any damage caused by you—intentional or accidental—is your full financial responsibility.

9. Transportation

Transportation, airfare, rideshare, gas, or any travel requirements are not provided or reimbursed. You are fully responsible for arriving and departing on schedule.

10. No Guarantees

You understand that this experience does not guarantee results, income, healing outcomes, emotional breakthroughs, or any specific transformation. You are responsible for your own integration and choices.

11. Integration Responsibility

You acknowledge that emotional work and somatic release may continue beyond the immersion. You are responsible for seeking appropriate support (medical, therapeutic, or otherwise) if needed.

12. Emergency Medical Care

In the event of an emergency, you authorize us to seek medical assistance on your behalf. You agree to cover any associated costs.

13. Photo + Media Consent (Optional)

If you agree to any photos or videos, they may be used for marketing purposes. No personal stories will be shared. You may revoke media consent anytime in writing.

If you decline media participation, you will not be included in any footage.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Utah.

15. Acknowledgment + Signature

By checking out, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms.

You understand this is a legally binding agreement and your purchase serves as your digital signature.
