By enrolling in The Fire Gate (the “Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with Nikki Revis LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”):

1. Nature of Services

The Program provides education, coaching, and support in branding, business, and personal development. The Program is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or financial advising. Company is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.

2. Personal Responsibility

Client understands they are solely responsible for their own results. The Program is designed to provide tools, strategies, and energetic practices, but no outcome is guaranteed. Results vary based on Client’s effort, energy, commitment, and external factors.

3. No Guarantees

Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding outcomes, income, or results.

4. Release of Liability

Client voluntarily participates and releases Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise from participation in the Program.

5. Payment Terms

  • All sales are final. There are no cancellations and no refunds once purchase is made.

  • Client agrees to complete all payments as outlined in their chosen payment plan.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the Program until payment is made.

  • Company reserves the right to use collections, legal remedies, or third-party services to recover unpaid debts, and Client will be responsible for associated fees and costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program materials (workbooks, recordings, frameworks, templates, etc.) are proprietary to Company. Client receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license for use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Company will not disclose Client’s personal information, except as required by law. Client agrees not to share other participants’ personal or business information outside the Program.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This document contains the entire understanding between Client and Company and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.

By completing purchase, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
