Event Waiver, Release of Liability & Ticket Policy Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to Legacy Lab Live (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a live, in-person event includes inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, travel-related risks, and unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my attendance and participation in the Event.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Nikki Revis, Legacy Lab Live, its owners, employees, contractors, speakers, venue partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in the Event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage or loss

  • Travel disruptions

  • Illness or medical conditions

3. Medical Responsibility

I understand that I am solely responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the Event.

I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate and will seek medical attention if needed. The Event organizers are not responsible for providing medical care beyond standard venue emergency procedures.

4. Code of Conduct

Legacy Lab Live is a curated, professional environment.

By attending, I agree to:

  • Conduct myself respectfully

  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Honor confidentiality within the room

  • Comply with all venue policies

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if behavior is deemed harmful or inappropriate.

5. Media Release

I understand that the Event may be photographed and recorded.

By attending, I grant permission for Nikki Revis and Legacy Lab Live to use my image, likeness, voice, and participation in photos, videos, promotional materials, and future marketing without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the team in writing prior to the Event.

6. Ticket Policy & Cancellation

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Tickets are transferable.

If I am unable to attend, I understand that:

  • I am responsible for selling or transferring my ticket.

  • To transfer a ticket, I must email hello@nikkirevis.com  with the new attendee’s full name and email address.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted no later than [insert deadline, e.g., 7 days before the event].

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to travel delays, personal conflicts, illness, or scheduling changes.

7. Force Majeure

In the event that the Event must be postponed or modified due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to natural disasters, venue issues, government restrictions, or other emergencies), organizers reserve the right to reschedule the Event. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. 

8. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understood this agreement.

  • I agree to all terms outlined above.

  • I am voluntarily participating in Legacy Lab Live.
